Emotionally asleep and finding myself in the beginnings of divorce, I had hit a bottom that made me seek a different way of living. In 2002, I began my emotional healing journey with the ManKind Project where I discovered the strength of self-reflection and acceptance of emotions. It did not save my marriage, but it helped me accept who I was and what I was going through.

Certified as a Shadow Work Group Facilitator in 2007, I’ve been leading Shadow Work Weekends, helping men and women explore and evolve themselves safely

And in 2014, I was certified as a Co-Leader for the New Warrior Training Adventure with the Mankind Project where I’ve lead over 66 weekends of 40 to 120 men.

Today, through my personal coaching practice I continue to work with men, women, and couples on issues they face in both their professional and personal lives.
